HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THE PROGRAM?

YOU MUST:

• Own your property

• Live in Quincy

• Meet HUD income guidelines.

• Agree to the provisions of this program

If you make less than $92,650 a year and are looking to make home repairs, update safety features, or purchase a home, the City of Quincy can help! Each program has slightly different requirements, but all follow there income guidelines.

HOW WILL I BENEFIT FROM USING THIS PROGRAM?

• We provide up to $30,000 in a 0% interest loan for necessary home repairs and work with your family to decide whether a 15-year, 30-year, or deferred payment plan would work best

• You will add value to your home. Recently, we have completed roof repairs, rebuilt porches that are unsafe, added accessibility ramps, and made home adjustments to help older adults age in place
